![]() ![]() ![]() Macrium a while ago said they were planning to implement this, but nothing has surfaced so far, so currently the method Froggie suggested is probably the best way all things considered. The topic of "intra-daily backups" has come up periodically here. That has to be fixed, what a massive shortcoming. ![]() Maybe it's not, I hope it's not and look forward to being told it aint.Ĭurrently the only way to add some sort of "hourly" schedules to a job is to create multiple DAILYs for the same job occurring at different times, in your case at 9, 11, 1p, 3p & 5p. If this is the Macrium way of scheduling backups other than daily, weekly and # of backups, they need to look into upgrading the functionality. So I created a new job by copying the original jobs properties. I was unable to save changes to the scheduled task as any user, local admin, domain admin, local admin equivalent. I went in there and altered the Diff schedule to start at 0900 then run every 2 hours for a duration of 9 hours. I'll elaborate, I need to do a Full on Sunday night at 2100, then Diffs every 2 hours between 0900 - 1800 on M, T, W, Th, & F. How can I schedule that, I've looked at the options and I can't see how I can schedule anything shorter than ever day. I need to create a backup of a folder that runs every 2 hours during business hours. ![]()
